Last March, this Toys R Us was the only place I could find a Nintendo Switch. I ordered it for curbside pickup and was able to go and get it the next morning! It was quick, easy and convenient.

Waited about 6 hours from order to pick up
Jennifer was very friendly and helpful! She should be recognized for the very wonderful customer experience. She helped us build the stroller for our infant. I hope every employee would just be like her.
My sister had to pick something up and had to utilize curbside. They did a great job directing people and getting things out. We wanted to give some hot chocolate and Timmy's gift cards for the very cold workers, but were told they can't accept tips. I hope they stay safe and warm!
This shopping season has been odd to say the least but any time I have had to deal with customer service, it has been so wonderfully easy. Zach from Polo Park customer service is an absolute delight to deal with and has made me feel taken care of and heard and even if something is missed, I know they will make it right. I will absolutely shop here again and again. All of the staff are just so patient and helpful!
